HOW LONG DO ITEMS TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Since I am the only one running my business I allow 7-10 days to package and ship orders, after that it depends on the carrier. Depending on my week you might receive yours earlier, but I like to at least give myself time to properly ship items.

I do not offer international shipping at this time, sorry for any inconvenience!

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY?

Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds unless items don’t get delivered within 21 days (US Domestic). I know this seems harsh, but this is for my protection against return frauds and to minimize my money lost due to returns.

I do my best to send the best quality items, but I am aware of human error both on my part and/or during shipping. If you feel your item or items are very damaged, email me a photo at squintprintstudio@gmail.com so I can determine a replacement.

You are free to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, and I will send back a refund.

HOW ARE YOUR STICKERS?

I make my stickers with water resistant paper, which I then add another layer of laminated paper!

However, I do not recommend putting them on cars or anything exposed to the outside for long periods of time, as these are not weatherproof.

That is for now, at least. They usually last about a month on my car before needing to be replaced. I’m looking into stronger materials right now!

WHAT ABOUT YOUR 3D PRINTS?

My 3d prints are what started my entire business! I model them myself on the computer and test print until they are consistently good.

Since these are hand painted they may vary in color. I actually encourage this because I love adding the human element and slight color changes in every 3d print!

I wouldn’t recommend keeping them near direct sunlight since they are filament based and could possibly be damaged.
